Step 1 : Insert the Pen Drive to your PC and copy the full Pen Drive direct from the Devices and Drive window, to anywhere on your PC.
Step 2 : After completing the 1st step now go to that folder where you copied the files recently.
Step 3 : Now open the Command Prompt window there, to open a Command Prompt press Shift+Right Click and than select open command window here.
Step 4 : Now the most important part, giving command to your computer. To remove the shortcuts from your files you have to give this command, type on your command window -
attrib -h -r -s /s /d *.*
Step 5 : Now press enter and wait for a few second, and now you will find double folder at the same name, one is the short cut and another one is the original file. Delete the short cuts and there will be only original files left.
That's all, you have successfully removed shortcut viruses from your PC and you can also do this process direct on your pen drive without coping files to your PC, you have to do the same.
